Because he remained undefeated in 460 fights. Everytimes he enters the battlefield, he is willing to die. Grand champion in the Far East, icon in Japan, and billed as an invincible warrior in the United States. The man who will beat him is probably not even born.
Borned and breded to be a fighter. His only focus in life is fighting. Fighting is all he think about. An unordodox man, often called "The Creature". He is a recluse who live in the mountains, bench press 435 lbs, eat 24 hard-boiled eggs daily, climb trees upside-down, and hang himself. Plus breaking baseball bats with his shin, and got a man jumping on his midsection. His only friend is a barbed-wired baseball bat named, Violence.
A warrior who is extremely tough both mentally and physically with a tremendous right hand and the ability to absorb a lot of physical punishment.
A SADO MASO typical brawl: He just toyed and bloodied his opponent for six minutes. After that he would knock him out or kill him.
Always spectacular and in magnificent shape. He obviously loves to humiliate and hurt his opponents. He have superior physical conditioning and an amazing sense of timing. He seem to do everything effortlessly, he is fascinating and magical to watch. Simply overpowered opponents. With over 300 Muay Thai fights, he is a pro since the age of 13.
Trought an interpreter, SADO MASO said that Muay Thai Boxing is the ultimate martial art and that "brawlers regardless of style would be knocked out trying to close the distance and if they did close the distance the result would be the same." Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand, he condition his body so that his arms and legs become weapons capable of delivering blows, kicks in particular, that are three times as powerful as that of any ordinary martial artist. He'll also use his feet, fists, shins, and elbows too. In BKB, he just relies on his fists and elbows. Just imagine the bloody carnage, if kicks were allowed.
